Orders are generally processed within 2 -6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of unusually high order volume, or during major fundraising initiatives for the Eye on Grace Foundation. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Eye on Grace Art.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances such as carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If tracking indicates that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at shop@eyeongraceart.com and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 10 days [DH1] of delivery.

Before returning an item, please contact shop@eyeongraceart.com for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to an error on our part.

Returned products must be received in their original condition. We reserve the right to decline a refund for products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method.

Sale, clearance, and items specifically identified as “final sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is ready to ship. Pre-order items are typically offered in limited quantities or before a new collection is available.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing the item in advance, and your order will ship once the item is ready. The estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product listing.

Please keep in mind: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together when the pre-order item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.[DH1] 

Because pre-order quantities are planned based on customer interest, pre-orders help us determine how much product to make or stock. We truly appreciate your support and patience!
