Orders are generally processed within 2 -6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of unusually high order volume, or during major fundraising initiatives for the Eye on Grace Foundation. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Eye on Grace Art.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances such as carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If tracking indicates that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at shop@eyeongracefoundation.org and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

We do have consignment agreements in place and are open to accepting more. If you are interested in wholesale purchasing, licensing, collaborations, or commercial use of our artwork, please contact us at shop@eyeongracefoundation.org, we’d love to have a conversation with you!

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at shop@eyeongracefoundation.org as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is ready to ship. Pre-order items are typically offered in limited quantities or before a new collection is available.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing the item in advance, and your order will ship once the item is ready. The estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product listing.

Please keep in mind: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together when the pre-order item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. 

Because pre-order quantities are planned based on customer interest, pre-orders help us determine how much product to make or stock. We truly appreciate your support and patience!

At this time, we do not offer personalization or customization on our products. However, we’d love to know if this is something you’d like to see in the future!
